Oliver is very pleasant to work with. He has given us really good ideas, which we now just have to put into practice. The motto "Honesty sells" really is the program here!
Questions the current status very well, finds the gaps in the sales process/communicative structures that are still missing very effectively, provides strategies that can be implemented very well from personal experience to effectively steer the conversation from the needs analysis to obtaining the general o.k. through to closing the sale. Using examples of conversations in which the client's situations are analyzed - in order to then lead them much more effectively into a good sales deal at eye level.

Oliver motivated the training participants very well and explained all the content very clearly.
He also managed the participants who were "more difficult" to handle so that the rest of us did not suffer.
I believe that it would be even more instructive if the trainer knew more about the products and customers/users, even though I realize that this is probably difficult to implement in terms of time.
He listens attentively and then gives ideas and tips that immediately paid off in my video production. His clear analysis skills are remarkable and he gets right to the heart of the matter and any weak points. He is bursting with suggestions that are multi-faceted and implementation-oriented.
