Mr. Schumacher led us through the individual topics in a very structured way.
You recognize yourself and your problems quite well in individual topics.
So I think that every participant in a training course takes something away for themselves individually.
The training content was individually tailored to our company and industry. We went through practical examples together and looked for solutions and Olli gave real-life examples.
I thought it was good that Oliver responded to the participants (e.g. asking whether the answer fits in with our topic / offering a short break when attention waned a little)
I found him to be a very pleasant counterpart.
No prefabricated content was presented, but rather the interests and questions of the audience were addressed. As a result, the content was very useful, especially due to the many good examples.
I very much liked the fact that Oliver had a quick phone call with all the staff before the session, to a) understand their role, and b) understand the difficulties that role faces within sales. He then used these calls to structure his training and examples exactly around what we needed, whilst using his own experiences as usefull fill backs and new angles to look at a situation.
The two words "Serviceanruf" and "Kalkulationssicherheit" are gold nuggets. Also the suggestion to thank customers for having started an application with the firm, is simple but brilliant customer service. Thank you
There were very good, practical examples with many new possibilities for implementation in working life and also for the private sphere. I thought it was great and can recommend it to anyone. It really is a sales experience, thank you Oliver.
