We have worked with Ms. Chao from Pateo several times; first we need a refinancing for our property at home in Germany and were very impressed with the options and conditions she could give us. And then we needed a not easy foreign financing for a property in Mallorca and found an excellent partner in Ms. Chao for this as well. She was very well versed in our situation and had excellent and different ideas and in the end the exact solution for us. We went to Ms. Chao in Halberstadt to find a suitable real estate financing for our house.
Already in advance, we were informed in detail about the possibilities of financing, both for a new building, as well as for an existing property. This took place comfortably on the computer, also by Mrs. Chao.
However, the actual consultation then took place in a personal meeting.
In the end, we had several options to choose from and decided on the most suitable one in our eyes.
The applications for KfW and the bank were quickly submitted by Pateo and have since been approved.
We were and are overall very satisfied and feel well advised.

A few years ago we turned to Pateo Ms. Chao in Halberstadt regarding home financing. It followed the advice and implementation of the follow-up financing, a new bank and other models on the financial market. Now again financial changes were pending and here there was only the way to Pateo GmbH for us. A rapid elaboration of the financing with our expert Mrs. Chao from Halberstadt took place and we must thank again for the cordial and expert consultation and treatment of Mrs. Chao. I have been working with some of the team at Pateo since before Pateo even existed.
It's great to see what a competent, fast, reliable and friendly team has been united at Pateo.
I feel that I have received excellent and competent service at all times.
The speed of response is impressive!
Whether in asset management, financing or technical assistance, one always has a personal contact person who takes the issues seriously and implements solutions successfully and unbureaucratically.
The personal support goes far beyond the level I have experienced myself at renowned private banks.

Even a Pateo cannot perform miracles (most of the time), but in good times one benefits to a great extent and in bad times negative impacts are well managed and minimized. I always have the feeling that I am in good hands and feel safe and well looked after.

Even if the personal support via all modern media or on site, actually leaves nothing to be desired, I would be happy about a presence office in southern Germany :-)

I am glad about the really very good cooperation with Pateo and wish Pateo and the team behind it all the best and continued success.

The advice is exceptional. As a client, I am invited to a few events a year, so I can also evaluate the atmosphere within the colleagues. Ms. Chao has already fully accompanied our construction financing in 2014 and worked out the optimal mix for and with us. Even later, when it came to a small refinancing, she was fast and flexible with the right solution for us. I had made a note of the recommended dates for any sensible debt rescheduling, so that we have now also secured the refinancing of the expiring IB loan in good time before the interest rate level explodes completely. So we can go into the next few years quite reassured. We have always felt very well advised and looked after. Can only warmly recommend the Baufi at Pateo and especially Ms. Chao. Years of experience, high customer orientation and always eager to find solutions.
