Kai has been training our son Louis (13 years old) for a few months now. Louis is a tennis player and would like to improve and build up his strength/jumping power, speed and posture.
(Louis trains 2 times a week with Kai)
After 2 weeks Louis had a completely different body language. You immediately notice the first explosions on the court (much faster on the court).
And today, after a few months of training with
Kai you can see how his muscles have completely changed and his endurance too 👍
Louis has become much faster and his strength really helps him to come out on top in longer matches
Kai is also a likeable guy who always cheers Louis on positively (which is certainly not always easy with a 13-year-old young man😉)
Louis always looks forward to training with Kai, because in the end it's the result that counts and that's the motivation!

I've been training with Kai Asbrock for 6 months now and it's still great! His expertise, good humor and friendly demeanor make the training simply great. A clear recommendation!
I contacted Kai after I tore my ligaments.
I wanted to stabilize my foot and build up the muscles again. Kai helped me with specific exercises and instructions, so that I now feel very good and safe again and am pain-free.
Kai is a very sympathetic and competent trainer. He shows the exercises very well and always has an eye on you and the correct execution. He designs the workouts individually and also has new exercises in the program. It was a lot of fun to train with him and I would recommend him anytime.
The training with Kai is professional and goal-oriented and is fun because it's not just about "working through" exercises, it's also good between people..., there hasn't been a day where I've thought, "Oh, training again today 🏋️♀️" 😉........
