On the Internet, I was looking for a wig and came across the Zweithaarstudio of Mrs. Gress. Because I liked the concept very well right away, I contacted Mrs. Gress by email. She answered me immediately, gave me a timely appointment and asked me to send some photos of me, so she could get an idea of me and my hair. At the appointment in a homely atmosphere I immediately felt very comfortable. Ms. Gress advised me lovingly and sensitively. And already the first of the wigs prepared for me was a hit. After this was cut a little by a very dear employee, it was perfect for me. From a large selection of scarves and caps I found some beautiful headgear. I can recommend the wig center of Mrs. Gress without hesitation.

I went to Mrs. Gress today for a wig fitting. Ms. Gress is very sensitive, that ankommmen was made very easy. Your accurate advice is unique. Here you notice your years of experience and the eye for the essentials. The first wig put on and it was perfect 😀 I cried with joy. She has taken away a great fear and showed me a way to come despite possible hair loss through chemo and outwardly yet not so strongly recognizable to others that I am sick. My daughter for whom we have made extra pictures - because my best friend accompanied me - how the wig looks on me. Her comment: that's how you had your hair recently. For me, Mrs. Gress was a blessing! After I was repeatedly assured by doctors that my chemotherapy would not result in complete hair loss and for this reason I did not receive a prescription for a wig despite repeated requests, the reality brought me home very quickly and with full force within 2 days.

But when I put my first foot in the door with my friends at Mrs. Gress, in these great premises with absolute feel-good character with the incredibly warm welcome, all anxiety was blown away. Mrs. Gress is just great! The sensitivity, professionalism, your broad knowledge with very many generally valuable tips for the difficult time paired with a lot of calm and empathy, madness! Ms. Gress lives her profession and clearly has her heart in the right place. The first wig that she showed me has also become the last, bull's eye! I thank Mrs. Gress from the bottom of my heart for great advice and I can recommend the studio to everyone without reservation, even if the way is perhaps a little further. It's worth it!!!

Very good advice in a very pleasant, familiar atmosphere. Ms. Gress takes a lot of time and you just feel comfortable with her, because she also asks and listens and it's not just quickly about selling a wig. Short-term appointments are no problem and if you have a question in between, this is also answered quickly. The advice is very personal, familiar and she gives good tips (for example, when choosing a wig or afterwards to care). Even if you change your mind again, although wigs have already been ordered to choose from, it's no problem. I got a beautiful wig, with which I get along well and also the adjustment was uncomplicated. Great all-round service, which one gladly accepts in such a situation, because everything is difficult and new anyway. It's nice that something like this exists! I can only recommend Mrs. Gress.
