Our Future Goals Workshop was very interesting, creative and short-breathed. Mr. Weisel has a down-to-earth, engaging and sunny demeanor. He inspired our group with his relaxed and inviting manner. Through ideas, team games, appropriate musical accompaniment and a great deal of professionalism and creativity, Mr. Weisel got us to assign our ideas and goals correctly. The topic is too complex for a one-day course! I would have liked more practical relevance (care).
Otherwise, a charismatic lecturer who managed to convey the planned content - albeit too briefly, but still easy to understand.

On the subject of resilience: I think the examples from everyday life on this topic are very good. Mr. Weisel introduced us to this topic very well. I was immediately immersed in the topic and never lost the thread despite the breaks. Unfortunately, we only had one day, which I thought was a shame. I would take part in a course again at any time. The day passed very quickly.

Today we had a workshop on resilience (mindset, communication). The content is relevant and important for everyone to achieve long-term balance and satisfaction. In my opinion, everyone should take part in one or more seminars in this area, because the benefits you can gain from it are only for yourself and how you deal with yourself, your environment and other people, regardless of the situation (work or private). I have taken a lot with me and am definitely taking several steps in the right direction. I would like to thank Peter for the input and the push that everyone needs from time to time.

We had a teambuilding measure with Peter Weisel and it convinced me completely! He introduced us to the basics of good communication and made us reflect better on our own actions!
