I did a two-week job application coaching course at Plus Kompetenzcoaching and I am really impressed. I had four different coaches in a total of 25 lessons, all of whom were very experienced, friendly and committed.

I particularly liked the fact that the coaching was completely tailored to me. It wasn't about working through any standard modules, but about what would really help me personally. We wrote applications together, looked for suitable jobs and practiced job interviews. The whole thing was very practical and helpful.

I felt that I was in good hands and taken seriously during the entire coaching session. Even after the coaching, I was offered the opportunity to get in touch if anything changed professionally. This shows that there is a real interest in the success of the participants.
