First of all, I would like to praise your staff (Polsterblitz Saarbrücken)🔝😊 I had my couch cleaned on 02.06.22 and the team, which was here on site, was extremely friendly, very polite and courteous. Rarely experienced such a pleasant, friendly service.

I am also totally satisfied with the cleaning. I've had the couch for 9 years now and now it's shining bright. (Although it actually did not look mega dirty; the before/after picture during the cleaning says it all - too bad I can not upload it here) The cleaning itself was done after about 1 hour.

The price-performance ratio fits❕

I can really recommend upholstery flash 💯%.

I will not recommend upholstery flash because the stains on my sofa were not removed or only partially removed, or a stain has run, so more stain than before cleaning . It was not visible when wet. The staff came on the agreed date, were friendly and worked quickly and assured me that the stains would be gone after the fabric dried. Unfortunately, this is not so.

The employee who cleaned our upholstery was very friendly and nice. Covered everything, pointed out various scratches beforehand, and did the cleaning to our complete satisfaction.
