Overall, I was very satisfied with the training! I'm just very happy that I already have know-how in the mental area. Otherwise I wouldn't have the confidence to apply it. Or it wouldn't have enough stability for me. I was able to have my first experience with pregnant women, which was very enriching and yes, it was successful in the sense that the woman felt very comfortable, in good hands and was able to take a lot away from the course. Et voilà! Thank you Jasmin!

In general, I think the concept is really great. Jasmin is a great woman and is incredibly good at motivating people, she is a real power woman! Personally, I would have liked more practice as I found it very difficult to implement the individual exercises and still do. Otherwise it's really great and I can absolutely recommend it.

The online course offered me a very flexible participation option and was easy to organize with my family and job. The team spirit in the course opened up the space for cordiality and appreciation. Every question and every topic had its place and its justification. Jasmin responds individually to every need of the women in her open and humorous way and I had the feeling that everyone left the course feeling strengthened and satisfied.
Through the included midwife modules, she gave the opportunity for the necessary background knowledge and a feeling for medical topics.
Thank you Jasmin for the valuable feedback for my personal development.

The training to become a Positive Birth course instructor with Jasmin was wonderful. Jasmin is so open and warm and you can feel the enthusiasm with which she brings the topic of mental birth preparation into the world. I can offer the Positive Birth concept very well with my other pregnancy and postnatal courses. The documents were also very helpful and the atmosphere was great! The midwife's talk was highly recommended! I was pregnant at the time of the training and was able to learn a lot for my birth! I am very grateful!

I think the concept behind it is great. As a constructive, very appreciative criticism: I kept getting stuck on spelling mistakes in the book. This interferes with reading and has a somewhat incompetent effect on the reader. (Which should not unconsciously affect the content). Perhaps this could be optimized.
