Pravahi Tantra

After an introductory evening, this was our first seminar weekend as a couple with Pravahi and Lino. Both guided us through the seminar “The Magic of Touch” in a very warm and professional manner, and in no time at all created a harmonious group and atmosphere out of people who were, for the most part, complete strangers. Everything else was just right, too. I took a great deal away from this weekend, both for myself as a person and for our relationship, and it confirmed once again that decisions are better made with the gut than with the head. I’m really looking forward to the next session.

Pravahi immediately created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The beautiful exercises and meditations were part of a very peaceful gathering. I felt very well taken care of. I would love to join the next event.

I’ve been attending Women’s Day events quite often now. It was another wonderful gathering, with truly meaningful and deep connections. We women, in so many different ways—laughing, excited, lighthearted, respectful, and supporting one another during difficult moments.

I really enjoyed the day celebrating our femininity. Ladies, it was wonderful.

Sometimes the pauses after someone spoke felt too long to me. They felt more like unnatural or awkward silences, and I wasn’t sure whether it was okay to speak during the pause, or if that would be too much communication since silence was clearly desired at that moment.
Probably just my own pacing issue…
I realize that for me, there is comfortable silence and uncomfortable silence; sometimes it felt uncomfortable or unsettling.
Otherwise, I really liked the atmosphere!!

The seminar facilitation was excellent. The team was attentive and always ready to offer advice, but above all, they created a safe space and fostered a supportive atmosphere.

The workshop was thoughtfully designed, the team was very attentive, and Pravahi is always there—in the best possible way. The atmosphere is open, and you feel safe. I learned a lot, and the participants’ faces became more relaxed with each session. It was recommended to me, and I can wholeheartedly confirm it...

The weekend was a complete and utter treat. We attended as a couple and had very little prior experience. Pravahi and her team supported all participants with great respect and guided us comfortably through the weekend with their knowledge and experience.
We were able to take a lot away with us, feel deeply, and experience so much. We were able to let go and felt completely supported. The weekend is still resonating with me, and I have the wonderful feeling that I’ve recharged and taken with me love, mindfulness, appreciation, and GRATITUDE—both for myself and for the world around me.
It was a wonderful retreat and an inspiring experience as a couple.

Through this training, I not only learned new things about consciousness, connection, the body, and our experiences as human beings, but I also overcame inner resistance, recognized inner contradictions, and expanded my capacity to hold space. This training has been a valuable life experience that I integrate into my daily life. Thank you very much.

Taking a seminar at Pravahi—or rather, completing the entire training program—was the best decision of my life…holistic, sensory, and mind-expanding growth in such a short time…I love you and what you do…💖💖💖

It's so wonderful—live music is something truly special.

As a woman, you might feel a little scared or apprehensive at first, but there's no need to be. I always felt respected and comfortable. Sexuality takes a back seat in this setting, and the focus is on spontaneity. You can talk to the team at any time, and if they notice that something is wrong, they will support you. I had a wonderful experience and would love to do it again. Thank you very much!

There were many mindful exercises to participate in. A very loving and protective atmosphere was created.

After taking a few months to process my impressions (as a complete beginner), I would now like to share my impressions of this wonderful weekend. It was simply one of the best weekends of my life. As Oliver said at the beginning of the seminar, you don't necessarily get what you want there, but what you need.
That's exactly how it was, because after years, I was finally able to open up in this wonderful safe space and show myself as I am without fear of judgment. Thanks to the two absolutely professional course leaders, but also to the wonderful participants, I was able to openly share my fears and feelings, which was rewarded with acceptance and understanding, which was simply an indescribable feeling.
Since then, I have been able to connect with people in my life, both new and old, on a completely new level, which is just great and for which I am incredibly grateful. Even if you don't want to offer tantra massage professionally, the training series is highly recommended. It's about growth, healing, and "getting out of your comfort zone." As a Reiki master, I was particularly interested in the "chakra and energy work" module, and even I am constantly amazed at what is possible. I can only say wow! I felt very comfortable and seen at all times. Each participant is allowed to go at their own pace. Pravahi and the team are always there to support you. Pravahi is always in the right place at the right time. She is very empathetic and clear, and she radiates an incredible calmness. She handles even potentially unpleasant situations with care, calmness, and clarity, which she also expresses. She gives everyone the space they need, but never loses sight of the goal. This weekend has helped me progress significantly. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Pravahi and team!

Thanks to Pravahi, Lino, and the team for their confident, attentive, and honest leadership. The space was warm, supportive, and authentic—a place where intimacy could be felt, explored, and lived without masks.
