I am happy every time I enter this travel agency. Every time I am received friendly and my concerns, wishes and worries are perceived. Everything is explained and listed in an understandable way and my respective trips are put together quickly. Even in unpredictable situations, I was contacted quickly and the best possible was achieved in terms of financial reimbursement. I am very satisfied and look forward, hopefully soon, to the next trip through Preisig-Reisen.

We can not help but add 5 stars everywhere. We are extremely grateful for what the staff and the owner have done for us. Due to the Corona crisis, we also had to change our flight so that we could still get home. The travel agency booked us a new flight in the evening at 23.00 (Swiss time). This is not at all self-evident and we are extremely grateful for it.

Planning our trip was also straightforward and easy with the travel agency. I would immediately book a trip through Preisig-Reisen again and can recommend this travel agency 100%.

The personal commitment of the staff and the owner went far beyond what one might usually expect. In the extreme situation of the Corona crisis, we were looked after during our return trip from South America to Switzerland even on Sunday at the most impossible times of the day. We are infinitely grateful and would recommend this travel agency without reservation! A big thank you to all of you!
