Alisha is my salvation!!! I have had various chronic complaints for 20 years, have been to an unbelievable number of doctors and alternative practitioners and have already spent many thousands of euros on unsuccessful treatments.
I've been seeing her for a few months now and things are finally looking up! It will still be a long way to go but I am incredibly happy to finally be making progress thanks to her!
She is really super competent and has an incredible amount of knowledge about health and nutrition. So far the best investment for me in this area. In my opinion, the personal support you get from her is also out of all proportion to her fees. She is always there to answer questions and check up on you. I booked a microbiome evaluation, which was very informative and what she recommended quickly improved my digestion 😊

I've learned a lot in the last three months of coaching, especially how my body works and why I have these complaints. It was very intensive because I felt like I had turned half my life upside down - I couldn't have done it without Alisha's support. I'm excited to see what happens next and have just extended the coaching.

Coaching with Alisha changed my life a lot after just a short time. She gave me courage and didn't let my complicated medical history and all the findings put me off.

I always thought I was eating healthily, but now I'm eating much more healthily. Since then, I question everything and listen to my body much more.

Alisha drew up lots of plans for me and helped me to implement them, which was always my main problem. It was great that she also answered my questions between appointments. Thanks to all the changes and the new remedies that I would never have thought of myself, my pain, digestion and other complaints improved significantly after just a few months.

The coaching has saved me a lot of money, because I used to spend a lot of money on doctors and trying things out on my own without any plan. What's more, I can finally work out again and have built up muscle again. It sounds strange, but I feel I'm in better hands with Alisha than with all the doctors and alternative practitioners I've seen in recent years.
