"Saying No with Heart & Mind" - the book delivers what the title promises. Ruth Schlub's crystal-clear instructions lead me to a relaxed "no" without a guilty conscience or rejection. And she does a wonderful job of encouraging me to rethink. "You are not here in this world to put out the fires around you." That really hit home. I've been looking for something like that for a long time... A fine little helper to keep energy vampires and time wasters at bay in a friendly but clear way and thus create more time for people or values that really count. Thank you for this book.
