Excellent communication trainer - 5 stars!

I had the pleasure of taking part in a training course with Ms. Kolls and I am completely thrilled. Her clear and practical communication techniques exceeded my expectations. Ms. Kolls is characterized by her empathetic manner, which creates an open learning atmosphere. The practical exercises were extremely effective and directly applicable. Her individual support and targeted feedback improved my skills in the long term. Overall, an outstanding training experience that I can only warmly recommend to anyone. Five stars - absolutely deserved!

After I had decided on a personality coaching, I thought it would take time until I would find an appropriate coach ... and contrary to expectations, I had the first on-site appointment within a very short time. With Sarah it was exactly as I had imagined, uncomplicated, friendly and I felt immediately welcome. For me it was on the one hand a big jump into cold water that went directly into the depths of my own needs without detours, on the other hand I was surprised by myself how quickly I could talk openly about everything and how good it did and was obviously necessary - the chemistry was just right.
Who is looking for, should definitely stop by here and let Sarah find you :)

As a daycare team, we were able to enjoy a day with Ms. Kolls on the topic of mindfulness and self-care. She took us incredibly well into the topic and gave practical tips for everyday life. The team agreed that she was the best choice for our setting and topic and provided us with exactly the input we needed.
She made the preparations for our team day very efficient and enjoyable. For us, an all-around successful educational day that we will hopefully live off for a long time.

Sarah has opened my eyes to where my hidden beliefs and patterns are. Thanks to her, I have already been able to dissolve and heal so much within myself. Sarah is a great pilot through everything that makes life worthwhile. She accompanies one on the path of recognizing one's suppressed feelings, discovering one's own truth and seeing life as it is. She helps to become clear about one's own values and to live in harmony with these own ethical demands, giving courage to take responsibility. In doing so, it provides helpful tools, points of reference and impulses for thinking - and above all for feeling. In doing so, she invites us again and again to be in the now (and not yesterday or tomorrow). It is sometimes painful, sometimes beautiful - yes, exactly how it should be. And with her good-natured supervision, everything suddenly becomes possible: to find yourself - actually the meaning of life.

With Sarah's help I learned to stand by myself clearly and to stay with it, even through triggering and challenging situations.
Through her guidance I realized in my depth which false identities I had acquired to survive in my childhood.
Sarah opened the door to my true adult identity and gave me many practical helps to express and assert it (especially in the area of boundaries, self-love and self-care).
Sarah excels as a coach in that she does not shy away from difficult topics. She is not afraid of the dark in each of us that needs to be looked at and redeemed. She 'Sugar coated' nothing, meaning you may know where you stand with yourself for the first time in your life and be okay with it.
Her courage, steadfastness and clarity, strengthen you in such a way that you rise above your doubts and quickly take independent action on your own behalf.
