Communication was often "bumpy". After the purchase, some problems with the vehicle occurred, which can happen. However, the way the dealership dealt with the solution can only be described as customer unfriendly. After vehicle delivery, the customer apparently becomes an annoying evil!

Great selection of vehicles, prices for each bag, very friendly staff. What I did not like so much: Many vehicles are outside, uncovered (who knows how long, under what weather conditions, etc.), mine included :-) The Inzahlungsnahme of my old vehicle I found very low from the price, this was compensated a bit with the bonus - but there I am not so satisfied. I also do not understand the deductible of 1,500 euros in case of damage during the test drive -are the vehicles not insured...??... And how can I prove it if a truck hits me even though I was speeding??... (The effort would spoil the joy of the new vehicle). I am still looking forward to my new car. The sustainable benefits you mention, I can only judge after the fact, right?..? In the contract I also found a few gloomy sentences, for example "The vehicle may have been repainted" (that means what exactly?.). I want to believe that if a vehicle is an accident car, this is honestly mentioned during the consultation - otherwise I, as a customer, I assume that the vehicle is accident-free. Otherwise, we got along well with Ms. Chouh, I felt very comfortable with the whole buy-sell process. In summary: Honesty counts, especially with customers who don't know much about cars or contracts - you do NOT want to feel screwed! And last but not least, thanks again for everything, Scarlet :-)
