Anke helped us very well in a very difficult situation. Our son often woke up five or even six times during the night and we didn't really know what to do. Anke showed us ways to structure our daily routine better and to keep a close eye on when our little one sleeps and for how long during the day.
Anke's motivation kept us on the ball, as it took some time for our son to stop crying at night.

Anke helped us a lot with our son's sleeping problems. We felt understood and in good hands at all times. We would particularly like to emphasize the analysis discussions and the individually created sleep concept. The sleeping situation has improved significantly. But even if our little one still has problems from time to time, we can deal with them much better thanks to the knowledge we have gained. Thank you for that, Anke!

After just a short time, small successes were achieved thanks to the intensive advice and certain changes to the daily routine. Our son only fell asleep in our arms until he was 17 months old. With the help of Anke's advice, we have managed to get our son to fall asleep on his own both at home and now also at nursery, and he no longer wakes up so often. We now have more time as a couple in the evenings again and are glad to have taken the not always easy but well-advised path of sleep coaching for us as a family. We can only recommend the coaching to others!

A few weeks before her second birthday, the nightmare began. Juliane could no longer fall asleep on her own, cried and screamed when we put her to bed. Even a long sleep accompaniment worked more or less well. The nights were restless and marked by periods of wakefulness, during which she cried and whined. As our second pregnancy progressed, our stress level increased and we very quickly decided to contact Anke. This was the best decision! Just logging the daily routine, was an eye opener for us in many situations. With Anke's help, we have managed to give Juliane the peace and security to have a relaxed sleep again. In addition, she has opened our eyes to the fact that we can spend more conscious and therefore more intensive time with Juliane. We would always turn to Anke again!

I had heard from many friends and acquaintances how problematic the topic of baby sleep can be. When my daughter was born I was unsure about many things concerning sleep. Through the contact with Anke right at the beginning I got a lot of information about baby sleep, which was new to me and which helped me a lot to understand the needs of my daughter better and to act accordingly.
Anke always had many good ideas and also always had an open ear for our difficulties.
I would choose this path again. It has strengthened me personally and made my everyday life easier. Thank you very much!

The 2-hour online baby sleep seminar gave me a lot of theoretical and science-based knowledge about baby sleep. However, it was the personal exchange that helped me the most. All seminar participants were able to openly express their concerns and wishes and received great help and new ideas. The sleep coaching from Mrs. Mayenberger has brought a lot in our house. Our son now falls asleep much better and also sleeps alone in his crib.
Mrs. Mayenberger took great care of us and was always available in person or by phone.

We are very satisfied with Anke's sleep coaching.
Since the flood night, our daughter has always found it very difficult to sleep and we often had to sit by her bed for hours. Through the coaching, the evenings and nights have become much more pleasant again and we sleep mostly through.
Anke is very nice, can listen well and is very responsive to the needs of the individual child.
We felt very well taken care of and would recommend her anytime.

We enjoyed Anke's sleep coaching very much. There was helpful general information and tips, but she also addressed our individual situation and always focused on us, our concerns and our goal. We were able to notice significant improvements in the sleep behavior of our daughter (2 1/2) after just one week, which brought us great relief in everyday life. A few weeks later she is actually sleeping completely through the night!
Anke was also always approachable and available beyond the normal coaching appointments.

We thought our case was hopeless. For this reason, we would recommend coaching with Ms. Mayenberger to anyone whose child has acute sleep problems. She is very empathetic, understanding and competent. Our one year old son kept us on our toes almost every night. We were so overtired that we had a hard time getting through the day.
The fatigue affected all aspects of life. Finally, we sought help from Anke Mayenberger. After we had kept a precise protocol for a week and this was analyzed by Ms. Mayenberger, the cooperation could begin. It was hard work until we reached our goal of having our son sleep through the night. Knowing that someone professional was there to advise and support us was a good feeling. Being able to see progress was also great. Of course, there were also setbacks, e.g. due to illness or tooth impaction. But in the end, we are stronger and more confident in dealing with our child and difficult sleep situations. We have learned that there are many factors that significantly influence a child's sleep and how we can act and act accordingly to give us all good nights.
Thank you again to our dear coach for not giving up hope and for being available to advise us even during our own vacation. Thank you very much, Mrs. Mayenberger, say the parents of Bastian :-)
