I have now been to this travel agency again and am once again completely satisfied with the communication, assistance/consultation with individual requests without any time pressure. The result was also completely convincing this time. Mrs. Syed at the Nuremberg Egg deserves special mention here.

Competent advice. Several offers received by mail to read through everything at home. Booking by mail has worked. Subsequent request or subsequent booking of a travel cancellation insurance has worked without problems. The tour operator had provided us with a lot of useful information by mail. Also the detailed listing of the various contacts for "emergencies" or "problems" from departure, to Transfair, to return flight was for us a small security. We had an all around very nice great vacation. Hotel facilities, rooms and the beach were well maintained and clean. The food was varied and super tasty. The staff was courteous and even at 47 degrees we were served drinks at the pool with a smile in long pants, shirt and too shoes.

We were very satisfied with the vacation in Mallorca, as well as last year in Rhodes. Especially regarding the friendliness and helpfulness for my disabled wife. Apart from the fact that in the first room unfortunately the air conditioning had failed, but we immediately received another and even a little nicer room, we were very satisfied overall. Just a small note about the large pool in the hotel complex. The beautiful pool is shallow with up to 1.30 m depth and heats up during the day very much. It was actually no longer cooling. One had the impression that the pool is warmer than the outside temperature. Maybe the owner could think about cooling down the pool water in the circulation. That should be feasible. Otherwise, everything was okay. In retrospect, many thanks to Mrs. Birgit Szemkus-Drosihn from the branch Schöne-Reisen in Dresden Wasaplatz. She has advised us last year as well as this year very well and friendly. If it is still possible for my wife for the next year (I hope very much), we will gladly take up the offers of Schöne-Reisen. Thank you again .

Nothing against SCHÖNE REISEN. But in their place I would not recommend A-Rosa. What my wife and I experienced on the New Year's Eve Rhine cruise of the A-ROSA Aqua was a chain of unkept promises and poor service.
