Schreiner Praxis-Seminare

The seminar and the content itself were very good. Unfortunately, documents were not available for all participants, which should not happen at this price. We were told on site that the documents would be made available in digital form afterwards, but unfortunately we are still waiting for them (the seminar was over a week ago).

On day 1, I thought the lecturer was poorly prepared for the presentation. The lecturer on day 2, on the other hand, was very good and led us confidently through the topics. The illustrations in the folder were very small.

Very well conducted seminar; very good speaker; very positive that it was a small group;

1. conference hotel: location, accessibility, service, food supply, parking: very good!
2nd lecture/presentation: Didactically well structured, yet "crisp and precise"
3rd speaker: Very friendly, engaging and very competent - but without losing his "grounding". Very good practitioner!

How do you do?

Since we have not finished with the content, I would like to ask for an offer, preferably online as soon as possible.

I would have liked to see more limits on the works council, but unfortunately the law gives it too long a leash (in my opinion). Nevertheless, it was a very good exchange and I found Ms. Scala's response to the practical questions posed particularly remarkable and enriching.

Trainer very competent, very experienced and very personable. I had expected even more insight, examples or exercises for negotiation methodology, but in return I got a very good refresher on co-determination and the rights and limits of works councils - that was very helpful. The location and delivery were flawless.

-Hotel selection was not optimal - very expensive accommodation rates over 200 €/room incl. breakfast.

Very good advice/training for employers/personnel managers as counterpart to the works council. Please keep up the specialization!

It would have been helpful if you could have played through 1 or 2 more examples. The examples could have been used to make the strategy and approach even clearer.

Personally, I found the psychological aspect of the Disg model too pigeonholed. There are better methods, e.g. from NLP, to analyze your counterpart than the Disg model. But apart from that, I found the event very successful and excellently presented by Mr. Wallenstein.

The practical examples (questions without solutions) were helpful; I could imagine that there is a particularly high information content here for many participants; expand if necessary.

I consider the practical examples given - both by the lecturer and by other training participants - to be very good and very practical. The lecturer was also able to respond to all questions and in some cases backed them up with further examples. - A clear recommendation!

The hotel (like all companies) also seems to have a lack of staff - there was no small breakfast before the start of the training, the lunch buffet was only replenished after a very long delay, and there was no snack for the afternoon coffee break - certainly not decisive for the seminar registration, but I still noticed it negatively. Especially as I lost the group during the lunch break because I had to wait a long time for a lunch dish to be replenished.

There was a lively exchange with the participants and many practical examples. It would just be nice to have one more day available to carry out conversation exercises, for example.

But all in all a very good training!!!!!!
