When you deal with attachment-oriented parenting, you also deal with yourself. And I think that's essential for a good relationship with your child. The course and Katharina are 100% supportive. It's also great that you always have access to the documents and videos.
My daughter is now three years old, I'm a single parent and we have a very relaxed everyday life. If there are difficult situations, I can fall back on tools from the course and explain behaviors to myself. And thanks to the background knowledge I have learned, I am much more understanding.
I think this has created a wonderful relationship with my daughter - and continues to do so!
Before the course I had so many questions and worries - now I'm more confident in what I'm doing.
And it shows again and again that attachment-based parenting brings serenity to everyday life & you can draw on your resources.

The tips and, above all, the real-life, concrete examples of how to communicate with my child at eye level have helped me a lot. I feel really picked up and notice how it becomes easier and more natural to connect with my child every time. My husband was also impressed with how the communication works, even though he has much more experience with children than I do. I can very well imagine that I can take a lot with me for my job, even though I mainly deal with adults (I work in the medical field). Thank you very much for your work, explaining and opening my eyes.

I have been following Sichtwechsel Erziehung on Instagram for a long time and have been able to pick up a lot of important content there! That's why I did all the courses (bonding course, sibling course, anger course) and was thrilled with the added value! I'm a qualified nursery, kindergarten and special needs teacher myself and you would think that you've heard and learned everything in these courses, but unfortunately that's not the case. I was able to take away so much for my work as well as my role as a mom with 3 children and make my everyday life easier! I also tell all my mom friends (and non-moms too) about the content and all the important information about the developmental stages of children and how easy it can be when you find the right approach to your child! I recommend no profile more often than "Sichtwechsel Erziehung"
