I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to get to know Simone during two days of hands-on training at HeartMath. Not only did she explain things incredibly well and address our individual questions, but she also put a lot of thought into how she could make the days enjoyable, inspiring, and meaningful for us.

Her proactivity, attentiveness, and the way she guided us were impressive. You can tell right away that her top priority is for everyone to get the most out of the workshop days, grow personally, and have fun doing it.

At the same time, Simone is incredibly personable—you immediately feel at ease, the atmosphere is relaxed, there’s plenty of laughter, and learning is genuinely fun. Thanks to her openness, her dedication, and the well-thought-out structure of the content, the days were educational, enriching, and enjoyable all at once. I highly recommend this experience.

I got to know Simone during the HeartMath training and was able to experience two online practice days with her. Simone leads through the online time with confidence and answers all questions, she guides the exercises and spontaneously changes her schedule if there are other important questions. I met Simone for the first time in the Heart Math Coaching training, in two 8-hour intensive practice days. She has a very empathetic approach to people, takes a lot of time to answer questions and her HeartMath guided exercises were a great enrichment for me as a future aspiring coach. Das Coaching mit Simone ist jetzt schon ein Jahr her, die Methoden, Analysen, die Gespräche und das, was ich über mich lernen durfte sind in meinem Alltag angekommen und es wächst weiter. Vielen Dank dafür Simone!
Ich erkenne jetzt viel schneller, wenn Situationen mich in mein Stressverhalten drängen und kenne Wege wieder herauszufinden. Un,d wie sagst du immer so schön ‚‘ Es geht nicht darum ein stressfreies Leben zu leben…. ‚‘.
Ich fand es gut, über einen längeren Zeitraum begleitet zu werden. So konnten wir akute Themen direkt behandeln. Und dennoch sind wir durch die umfänglichen Materialen am Ball geblieben.
Ich kann das Coaching jedem empfehlen, der sich nach mehr Lebenszeit sehnt.

Das Training mit Simone war sehr spannend und interessant. Simone ist sehr wertschätzend und man fühlt sich immer wohl mit ihr. Das Wissen was sie vermittelt ist Gold wert. Und es macht richtig viel Spaß. Ich hätte noch viele weitere Tage von Simone lernen können.
