A very modern, flexible and effective coaching program that I would recommend not only to sensitive people. I have tried many different methods, but the work with Barbara was finally the one that allowed many things to be released and healed. It was always fascinating (and relieving) that I didn't need to prepare anything, but that all issues were indicated and resolved through the body. Barbara is very calm and empathetic, which is transferred to you and makes the path to healing easy and natural. An incredibly great accompaniment on the path to myself (to an authentic and more lively attitude to life)!

I have learned so much from Barbara over the last few months. She gave me great support while I was suffering from acute anxiety and helped me to stabilize. After I had stabilized a bit, she introduced me more and more to Somatic Experiencing. Since then I have been able to deal with my feelings (much!!) better and have a much better perception of my body and what it needs. In addition, everything went very professionally. From the first consultation to the welcome package to the individual sessions and the support in acute cases in between. Her answers always came very quickly and I felt very well supported. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her and how different my life would be now without her program.

The coaching with Barbara helped me enormously and opened up completely new perspectives. She was able to show me new ways to deal with my anxiety and supported me in numerous conversations so that I always had a lifeline. Thanks to the many tools I have learned, I can now carry on independently.
