I started coaching with Sonja because I finally wanted to get away from the eternal scolding and above all the eternal threats (if ... then ...).

I booked the "happy mom - happy child" course and with every week my relationship with my girls got better, Sonja's input was easy to implement and the group always kept my motivation up when things didn't go as planned.

I then went straight on to the Inner Circle course and especially the 1:1 sessions with Sonja, which always gave me new insights, and the bonus workshops are real gifts!!!

Sonja has an incredibly positive energy that spills over immediately. She is a person of the heart. She listens very carefully and can therefore immediately empathize and feel her way into situations. Her tips always open up new ways of seeing and thinking in directions that I wouldn't have seen myself. My absolute recommendation is to trust Sonja and work through personal issues with her.
