When I noticed that certain aspects of the interior might not be optimal, she had useful ideas of how to perform possible changes. I was looked after by Mr. Elsen and Ms. Kosok. They responded to my questions and special needs and supported me very well throughout the entire process. The handling was uncomplicated. This was very important for me, as I do not live near the property. Since the consultation took place exclusively in the property, I cannot say anything about the equipment of the business premises. Disposal of the parent house succeeded with difficult tenants

The parents' house is currently rented with two parties (rental period 10 and 4 years) and was to be sold. A difficult starting position, because the tenants are unfortunately each in their own way inaccessible. Not least because of this, the energy certificate was not yet available when we contacted S-Immo Aachen. The heating system had been renewed in May 2021, but the plumbing company and chimney sweep repeatedly failed to receive an appointment for final acceptance.
Thanks to the extraordinary communication talent and special commitment of Ms. Isabelle Reuss, this problem was quickly solved. She succeeded admirably in establishing professionally good and friendly contact with the tenants, she coordinated the appointments of the various parties and within three weeks this last missing document was available. Documentation, coordination of appointments, arrangements with tenants and ultimately the purchasers I always knew were in the best hands and I felt well looked after all round. On the working level, my contact was through Ms. Isabelle Reuss: reliable, speedy, competent, strong in communication.

Questions about building law and details of the notary contract were quickly clarified by Ms. Elke Ostenda. Through her skillful negotiation, the purchase price could be raised once again.

All in all, my expectations regarding the marketing period and the purchase price achieved were completely fulfilled. I felt very well looked after at all times. Thank you very much!
