The seminar "Let the spark fly" with Verena Andresen was really great! I especially liked the small group size. There were three of us in the seminar, which gave us the opportunity to practice intensively. Verena dealt very individually with the individual questions and concerns. I found that super helpful. Personally, the seminar was very beneficial to me because I now know which breathing technique is the right one for me in everyday life and in stressful situations. As a result, I feel more confident with my voice and when speaking, and I can also hear the difference. Thank you dear sprechbar team!

I felt in good hands all around. We didn't have to worry about anything this week except our voices. That was a super service. Bettina structured the event so well that the mixture between theory and application was perfect. I left the week strengthened and was able to apply what I learned right away today.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and helping many people to become better in what they need for their everyday life. It will not be the last event I will attend with you.

I attended the 4-day intensive rhetoric seminar and it more than exceeded my expectations.
I was looking for a seminar to get rid of my fear and excitement to speak in front of the camera and people, or to learn to deal with it in the best possible way. The group was very pleasant and non-judgmental. That was very nice because I could really open up and not be afraid to work on my insecurity.
The coaches Bettina Schinko and Verena Andresen have a lot of experience, they are very professional, pleasantly friendly and authentic. They are supportive, empowering and responsive to personal needs at all times. I could really almost get rid of my insecurity, fear and my doubts within the 4 days and it was even really fun to step in front of the camera. I am very happy that I now have many tools at hand to continue working on myself and to speak confidently in front of people. The catering with fruit, lunch, cake, tea and coffee was also great.
I can wholeheartedly recommend the seminars.

What was I particularly satisfied with? The entire experience was particularly satisfying for me. You could tell that Ms. Schinko and her colleague went out of their way to make the seminar as educational as possible. In itself, the seminar was a pleasant, but also intensive experience that helped me enormously. I would recommend it to anyone who has a lot to do with other people.

A very wonderful seminar with a great leadership, which responded to individual characteristics, many practical exercises, very pleasant group size, well thought-out daily schedule, pleasant setting, in which really in one day inhibitions were transformed and assistance for further development was given - absolutely recommendable!
