The carpet we ordered was not delivered on the agreed date. After several inquiries on our part, the delivery date was canceled. We then picked up the goods ourselves. When we placed the order, the salesperson spent more time looking at his laptop than talking to us. We thought we were supporting a local supplier, but unfortunately it was not a successful experience.

5 stars We visited numerous stores in Hamburg and the surrounding area, but nowhere did we receive such competent and friendly advice as we did at Stark Home from Mr. Grelck. He had the right solution for every question we had about our new construction project and made us feel completely at ease and in good hands right from the start. We were particularly impressed by how comprehensively he showed us all the options—from beds to curtains to sun protection. This meant we didn't have to worry about anything else and ended up with the perfect solution from a single source. Many thanks again to Mr. Grelck for his excellent advice and great service.

A lovingly designed store for furnishings and living with lots of special decorative items for a cozy home. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the service is simply great. My focus today was on the reduced Christmas merchandise - and I found some beautiful and unusual Christmas bargains at half price. Really recommendable, the next Christmas can come ;-)
