Stefanie Heß

Steffi gave me the tools and showed me the strength I had within me that I hadn't been able to recognize myself. With each session, my self-confidence grew stronger and stronger. I'm no longer taking any medication and have just completed an intense year as an intern at a veterinary clinic. Thank you, Steffi!!

My conversations with Stefanie Heß really helped me sort through my thoughts and gain new perspectives. She also gave me helpful insights into how to deal with my situation.

I particularly appreciated her empathetic and understanding manner. I always felt taken seriously and in good hands.

She communicates very clearly and manages to convey things in a way that’s easy to understand and well-organized. For me personally, this was very valuable in helping me better understand the bigger picture.

I can therefore highly recommend the psychological counseling provided by Stefanie Heß.

I reached out to Ms. Heß because I felt like I was stuck at a certain point inside. On the surface, a lot of things were going well, but deep down, some things were unclear, stressful, and draining. I wanted to finally understand my issues better and make sense of them for myself.

With Ms. Heß, I quickly felt that she not only understood my issues but was truly attuned to me as a person. Her approach is clear, empathetic, and at the same time very precise. She has a keen sense of what’s really going on and helps you understand connections that you often aren’t even aware of yourself.

What was particularly valuable for me was that, through our conversations, I not only gained more clarity but also a different perspective on myself. Today, I’m kinder to myself, understand my inner processes better, and feel more stable overall. It’s not just my way of thinking that has changed, but also my outlook on life. I have more energy and joy again, and at the same time, I’ve learned that things don’t always have to be easy. Difficult phases are allowed to happen, too.

I’m very grateful for this support and would turn to Ms. Heß again anytime. Anyone seeking greater clarity, a genuine understanding of their own issues, and very compassionate, professional support is in very good hands with her.

I was particularly impressed by how she managed to help me organize my thoughts and encourage me to reflect. This allowed me to reconsider my own actions, sort through my thoughts, and make sense of them. If I ever need support again, I know exactly who to turn to.

At first, I was quite skeptical and unsure whether this was the right choice for me, but since I had already tried a number of things without success, I decided to give Ms. Heß’s approach a try.
I turned to her to better understand and articulate my fears and concerns. Through her structured yet empathetic approach to conversation, a trusting and comfortable working atmosphere quickly developed, in which I always felt well taken care of.
I particularly appreciated her clarity, empathy, and ability to provide the right guidance at the right time. This allowed me not only to better understand my worries and myself but also to resolve and sustainably manage my mental blocks. Our collaboration has opened up new perspectives for me.

I am very glad I reached out, and I have gained a great deal from our conversations. Thank you very much for your valuable support and the enriching conversations.
I will definitely recommend her, as I greatly appreciate her work.

Systemic coaching is incredibly enriching for me. Her attentive, interested and appreciative manner creates a space in which real clarity can emerge. Through her in-depth questioning, she helps me to really understand things and develop new perspectives - that really builds me up and helps me to move forward noticeably.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this systemic coaching to anyone who is looking for support or wants to develop personally and really feel seen and understood.

I am someone who does a lot of things for myself - so I am all the more grateful that I met Stefanie Heß.

Her calm, clear manner immediately created trust. She senses exactly what is behind the issues and helps to make even the quiet parts visible.

What particularly impressed me: Stefanie combines sensitivity with exceptional clarity. No pressure, no external concept - just genuine observation and honest support.

Thanks to her flexible approach - sometimes with wingwave, sometimes systemically - I was able to resolve issues that had been holding me back for some time. I was particularly impressed by the fact that Stefanie always recognizes "what's really going on" - and starts right there.

I always felt safe, taken seriously and understood. What we worked on still has an impact today - in everyday life, in decisions, in my inner attitude, composure and calm.

I can recommend Stefanie Heß without reservation, especially for people who "don't want to work on the surface" but have the courage to really lead themselves and turn their inner self outwards.

Thank you Stefanie and best regards from Winterthur

Stefanie Heß has the very special ability to recognize exactly the issues and blockages that are draining your energy and to show you the way to sort or close them. Her approach is very sensitive and calm. I felt really safe and in good hands at all times.
The Wingwave coaching sessions with Stefanie Heß have set an incredible amount in motion for me. Thanks to her empathetic and clear guidance, I was able to release old blockages and limiting beliefs that had been with me for a long time. I was particularly impressed by the lasting effect: I still regularly use wingwave music to support me - it helps me to keep going, build inner strength and clearly manifest my goals. For me, this coaching was a decisive step towards more clarity, self-confidence and inner freedom.
I can wholeheartedly recommend her work - for anyone who really wants to make a change and feel more ease in life.

I did my systemic coaching with Ms. Heß online via Zoom - and it was a thoroughly positive experience. She is incredibly kind, empathetic and understanding, so I felt at ease right from the start. Despite the physical distance, everything worked really well - technically smooth and always on time. Her professional yet warm manner helped me to develop new perspectives and made me feel safe and accompanied. Highly recommended for anyone looking for competent and empathetic support

Due to a very unfortunate fall, I was suddenly incapacitated from one second to the next. Caught off guard by the events and knowing how physical symptoms can affect the psyche, I was looking for quick, low-threshold and competent help. The type of support Ms. Hess provides is targeted and effective and efficient through the use of different methods. With her empathic attitude and ability to get to the heart of the matter, she provides clarity, orientation and support even in an extremely unstable phase of my life. I was surprised how well we were able to work online.
From there, I would definitely recommend you. Thank you very much for your valuable work.

I came across Ms. Hess by chance - and it was the best thing that could have happened to me. After years of challenges and unsuccessful attempts at therapy, I felt stuck and had the feeling that I would never make any progress.

I knew right from the first free consultation that I had come to the right place! Ms. Hess immediately won me over with her empathetic, understanding and at the same time honest and direct manner. She knows how to show new perspectives and creates a space in which you can open up without feeling uncomfortable.

Thanks to her systemic approach, I have achieved more in just a few months than in all the years before. Ms. Hess has an incredible sense of what you need to really get ahead.

I am infinitely grateful for her support and can recommend her from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you very much for your support! I felt completely at ease and am very satisfied with the entire process. I can wholeheartedly recommend Stefanie. :)

I come to Ms. Hess sporadically and as needed for coaching/consulting and am always impressed by her breadth of knowledge/methods and her analytical acuity.
In addition to her empathic, sensitive, professional and humorous manner, one of her great strengths is the situational use of different methods with a clear focus on the client.
After our sessions I always feel a bit further, lighter and more confident, so I would definitely recommend her!

Thank you for Stefanie's calm and professional work. I have met other therapists before and it was not a pleasure!
Stefanie has helped me so much to digest old (long buried and locked away) experiences. And I am infinitely grateful to her for that. Even the pain in my hip has decreased significantly. Not completely gone, but a lot less! My life already feels a little easier, because the feelings/emotions that triggered and sometimes even paralyzed me in everyday life and made my life difficult have now become so much easier.
I am so grateful (to the one up there....or whoever) that our paths crossed. Because nothing happens in life without a reason. And I look forward to the following sessions .
I recommend Stefanie Heß from the bottom of my heart.

Very, very good coaching. I have been receiving coaching from Stefanie for around 2 months now. It helps me a lot to find a good balance between family and work. You notice in the coaching that Stefanie already has a lot of experience because she always knows what to do. In the end, it really helps me to concentrate on the essentials and stay on the ball with a lot of energy. Thank you!

Stefanie helped me to overcome a fear that was limiting me a lot in my everyday life. And all in just one session!
She was very attentive, totally personable and I felt really comfortable with her. I'm still speechless at how quickly she solved my problem - you don't have to live with it, it can all be so easy.
Thank you dear Stefanie!

Stefanie was able to help me with my inner conflicts and dissolve my blockages with her professional experience, her very confident and warm manner and her patience and attentiveness. Thank you very much for that! A personal recommendation from the bottom of my heart!

I urgently needed help. Everything was overwhelming me and everyday life was barely manageable. But I simply didn't know where to get help so quickly. An acquaintance gave me the idea. There are offers on the Internet that are flexible. So even after work and sometimes at the weekend. And the people are really professional and well trained. That was my salvation. After our first phone call, I felt a bit more confident for the first time in months. Now we've had 10 appointments and I'm happy and relieved. It's getting better and that's thanks to your help.

Dear Stefanie, thank you for your help. It's amazing how much progress I've made in such a short time. You listen and really try to understand. I find your thoughts and offers very helpful, for me it just fits. I have no idea how other counselors or therapists work, but for me our work feels really good. I like your knowledge and your humor, and I always have the feeling that you understand my problems and really want me to find a solution. Thank you very much!
