AI is great in principle - but it is completely out of place in the service sector. We live from personality and emotions. Both in the field and in training courses.
Interactivity is very important, group work and tasks should be kept at the same level or even increased.

I was immediately impressed by Melania. You can see that she puts her heart and love into her work. The seminar was very comprehensive in terms of content - and although a lot of it was already familiar to me, Melania managed to create some real WOW moments. Especially impressive as it was an online seminar.
I also found it particularly strong that Melania herself has so much experience in retail. I have been to many similar seminars and can safely say this was one of the best events of its kind.
