The team-building activity was noticeably effective and emotionally moving for the participants. A particularly positive aspect worth highlighting is the clear structure, which provided guidance and a sense of security for everyone involved. The structured approach created a framework in which each person felt individually supported and taken seriously.
Furthermore, a psychologically safe space was created, enabling an open, respectful, and trusting exchange. Many were able to address topics that often don’t find a place in everyday life, and this is precisely what fostered a valuable, unifying dialogue within the team.

AI is great in principle - but it is completely out of place in the service sector. We live from personality and emotions. Both in the field and in training courses.
Interactivity is very important, group work and tasks should be kept at the same level or even increased.
