I participated in the Retail Leader certification program at Sting Consulting and am thoroughly impressed. Both the structure and the overall delivery of the training were very professional, well-organized, and practical. I learned an incredible amount, gained valuable new insights, and took away numerous concepts and methods to apply in my day-to-day work.
I particularly appreciated how clearly the topics were presented and the opportunity to put what I learned into practice right away. The program helped me grow both professionally and personally and gave me plenty of new ideas for my role as a Retail Leader.
A big thank you to Melania and Michael for the great training, the professional guidance, and all the valuable content. I can wholeheartedly recommend this training program.
Best regards,
Silvia

The team-building activity was noticeably effective and emotionally moving for the participants. A particularly positive aspect worth highlighting is the clear structure, which provided guidance and a sense of security for everyone involved. The structured approach created a framework in which each person felt individually supported and taken seriously.
Furthermore, a psychologically safe space was created, enabling an open, respectful, and trusting exchange. Many were able to address topics that often don’t find a place in everyday life, and this is precisely what fostered a valuable, unifying dialogue within the team.
Overall, the activity was very successful in terms of both content and atmosphere and left a lasting impression.
