We have worked with Syslab as a partner on a variety of projects where our customers needed their expertise. Since 2005, we have had several web-based database systems with built-in workflows implemented by SYSLAB and have had consistently positive experiences. Since SYSLAB was able to implement our projects to a large extent using open source components, the costs remained within a manageable framework and the realized systems had a relatively short start-up phase. In critical phases of our projects, SYSLAB always showed us the possible options for further development and all the associated advantages and disadvantages, so that we could make safe decisions. Syslab provide maintenance, support and development on one of our legacy web products. We had worked with out previous agency for over 5 years and moving to a new agency was a worrying time. However, I can honestly say it was the best move we could have made. Syslab are so efficient, professional, expert and easy to work with (even remotely with our organization being based in the UK). They are thorough, quick to respond and very reliable. I've really appreciated their insight in how to improve the performance and usability of our system. I have worked with Syslab.com for 5 years as communication officer in charge of digital projects for the European Agency for Safety and Health at work in Bilbao, Spain.
