Tanja conveys the seminar content in a very memorable and at the same time humorous way. She deals intensively with the individual case studies and delves deep into the individual needs of the course participants. The day with her was a lot of fun and will certainly have a positive effect on my professional future.
During the course, Tanja goes into detail about the participants' experiences and manages to provide food for thought on how the conflict situation could have been avoided or resolved without presenting a ready-made solution. The course was simply great!
