I ordered a new vehicle from Taunus Autohaus in Wiesbaden. The friendly sales employee took a lot of time to advise me, responded to my individual wishes and then very quickly organized a vehicle for the test drive. After deciding to order a new CLA 250 e there, a corresponding offer was drawn up the next day, the complete documentation was clearly prepared and communicated very actively and openly right up to the confirmation. The salesman was always available to answer questions.
Based on my very good experience and complete satisfaction, I can recommend the Taunus dealership in Wiesbaden to all Mercedes fans and those who want to become one.

I was very satisfied with the service from Taunus Auto. Both personally and with the repair. Shortly before my vacation, a hole in the rear axle caused by rust was discovered. Mercedes arranged for the axle to be replaced free of charge without any problems, so that my vacation could start without delay. I would like to praise the personal commitment of the staff, especially Mr. Lauck. I can only recommend Taunus Auto ☺

I had the pleasure of buying my new car from Autohaus Taunus in Wiesbaden - a two-hour drive from where I live. I had originally enquired about a Jungen Stern from the online range, but it quickly became clear that its equipment didn't meet my expectations. Normally, this would have been the end of the story if I hadn't come across the extremely competent and dedicated salesman, Mr. Mettner. He took the time to research a suitable vehicle that met my expectations and found what I was looking for!
The trade-in of my previous vehicle was uncomplicated, and the final price was determined after handover in a transparent and fair process, which was accompanied by Mr. Mettner himself.
I can highly recommend this dealership and regret that I live so far away. Many thanks and best wishes for the future!

After I became aware of Taunus-Auto Idstein through a colleague, I had contact with Mr. Tobias Schröder for the first time. Unfortunately, I was too slow for my desired vehicle, an S205 CDI. Mr. Schröder found me a car that met my expectations. Despite all the care taken by the dealership, there were issues that were caused by the previous user. Mr. Schröder was very accommodating when it came to fixing them. And thus provided me with a positive customer experience.
