I have often booked coaching sessions with Teresa C. because she works very holistically and looks at the mind and body in equal measure. The last session was both intensive and effective. It was about balancing out my extreme energy deficit caused by constant stress, pain/illness and stress. To do this, she suggested that I reconnect with my inner source. We used my feelings to access unconscious blockages, dissolved them and I was able to reconnect with my source. Although nothing has changed on the outside and I am not free of complaints, I have felt motivated and full of energy ever since. This session gave me lightness and strength. I can't believe how powerful this exercise was. An absolute recommendation. Only a few coaches offer something like this.

I was able to take part in several sessions with Teresa - in an individual setting and in a group. Teresa is always present with positive energy, excellently prepared and responds emphatically to the unexpected. She creates a trusting environment in which it is easy to open up. Her intuition for people and her expertise allow her to steer the process without fuss. As a client, you can trust Teresa to keep an eye on the big picture and handle the client's order responsibly.
