Mr. Hahn provides extremely competent advice and deals with all questions immediately. Even after completion, he is always available to deal with any problems.

The price/performance ratio rating has nothing to do with Mr. Hahn. At ARAG in particular, we have noticed that the list of exclusions is probably longer than the list of insured cases. And the quality of the ARAG employees you get on the phone varies enormously. If one employee rejects a case, the next one always confirms the cover or a lawyer follows up. This is extremely annoying and time-consuming. As I said, it's not Mr. Hahn's fault at all; he also helps out competently in such cases.
