As a "repeat offender" I can only say: Great! The two days were fun, I learned something new again and not only was I able to apply what I had learned in the team, but the communication training itself noticeably improved cooperation with the participants.

As part of the communication training with Thomas Wetzel, I was able to gain many valuable ideas for my everyday professional life, but also for my personal interactions.

The training content opens up new perspectives on situations and people you deal with on a daily basis and promotes a better understanding of your own impact and communication.
I found the practical scenarios and role plays particularly helpful, as they are designed to be realistic and make it easier to transfer them to everyday life.

In the course of the communication training, I was able to take away a lot for my everyday professional life and beyond. As a senior consultant in a supply chain consultancy, you are confronted with a wide variety of situations and often communicative challenges. With the right tools and practical examples, Mr. Wetzel laid the foundations for good communication.

The leadership training that I was able to complete with Thomas was an absolute enrichment in many respects. I was able to take a lot away with me. There is content that gives you a completely new perspective on situations and also people you deal with on a daily basis. You learn new things about yourself, the scenarios and role plays selected by Thomas are realistic and help you to apply what you have learned in everyday life.
Thomas himself is highly professional but always with a good dose of humor. I would always be happy to attend a training course with Thomas Wetzel and I would definitely recommend it!

I attended the junior management training course with Mr. Wetzel, which consisted of 6 training days. The training was consistently positive. Mr. Wetzel is very good at focusing on relevant content and conveying it in such a way that it sticks with you. Rather than a chart battle, it is mainly learning by doing. Mr. Wetzel designs the training with a high degree of practical relevance and offers sufficient opportunity to discuss or try out your own cases and experiences. Thanks to this methodology, I was able to get a lot out of the seminar.

I was able to take part in a management training course with Thomas Wetzel. My experience was consistently positive. The structure of the training is very well designed so that everyone is challenged to put what they have learned into practice after each block. Thomas also deals with personal cases and gives valuable tips and advice. I was able to take away a lot that I will use in my daily work and can only recommend the course and Thomas as a trainer.

I got to know Thomas as part of a leadership training course. The seminar, which lasted several days, never lost any of its tension, which I attribute to Thomas' structured, determined but always flexible manner. I found the training extremely beneficial because, in addition to the learning content, it also offered enough freedom to adequately discuss individual topics. The open and constructive feedback culture within the training encouraged self-reflection. The division into different blocks helped to try out what had been learned in practice and to (jointly) evaluate the experiences in the next training block.

During the seminar, I was able to learn many new approaches and tools that will accompany me in my everyday professional life in the future. I can recommend Thomas as a coach without reservation.

Thomas is a passionate trainer. He knows how to challenge the training participants with case studies and role plays and push them to the limits of their abilities. By analyzing the role plays together, Thomas demonstrates his extensive experience as a trainer and teaches participants how to work on themselves in order to ultimately become a successful manager.
Rarely have I experienced a trainer who can portray a wide variety of roles so authentically.
It was a pleasure to have worked with Thomas.

The content of Thomas Wetzel's training is very well structured and highlights all the relevant topics for a manager. I was able to put what I had learned directly into practice using practical role plays and reflect on it together in the group. Although I have been working in a management position for several years, I was able to take away valuable new ideas (e.g. discussion techniques) for my everyday work from the training.
