I got to know Thomas as part of a leadership training course. The seminar, which lasted several days, never lost any of its tension, which I attribute to Thomas' structured, determined but always flexible manner. I found the training extremely beneficial because, in addition to the learning content, it also offered enough freedom to adequately discuss individual topics. The open and constructive feedback culture within the training encouraged self-reflection. The division into different blocks helped to try out what had been learned in practice and to (jointly) evaluate the experiences in the next training block.

During the seminar, I was able to learn many new approaches and tools that will accompany me in my everyday professional life in the future. I can recommend Thomas as a coach without reservation.

Thomas is a passionate trainer. He knows how to challenge the training participants with case studies and role plays and push them to the limits of their abilities. By analyzing the role plays together, Thomas demonstrates his extensive experience as a trainer and teaches participants how to work on themselves in order to ultimately become a successful manager.
Rarely have I experienced a trainer who can portray a wide variety of roles so authentically.
It was a pleasure to have worked with Thomas.

The content of Thomas Wetzel's training is very well structured and highlights all the relevant topics for a manager. I was able to put what I had learned directly into practice using practical role plays and reflect on it together in the group. Although I have been working in a management position for several years, I was able to take away valuable new ideas (e.g. discussion techniques) for my everyday work from the training.

Thomas knows exactly what he is talking about. Thanks to his many years of experience, he can report a lot from practice. The mixture of theory and practice makes his training courses very lively and you always have the certainty of being able to apply what you have learned in a real environment. He always has an open ear for the participants and responds to questions in detail. Thomas has excellent rhetorical skills and you can learn a lot from him.

Training with Thomas was a multi-layered revelation. You learn a lot about yourself, about others and about easy-to-apply but very effective methods for communicating and managing employees. Thomas has an unrivalled way of dealing with each participant individually, especially in the role plays. My cube and the cards support and accompany me in my everyday professional life (if you want to know what it's all about, you should take part in the training yourself ;)). The insights gained also help me in my private life.
We have already held two successful in-house training sessions with Thomas in our company and the feedback was consistently positive. Thomas is always available as a sparring partner with an open ear and helpful advice and suggestions. I can recommend the training itself to everyone, but also the cooperation in corporate training with Thomas.

I have not yet been able to form an opinion on customer service. At the same time, my personal experience with Thomas so far has been consistently positive. In fact, I can't think of a single area of improvement on Thomas' part right off the bat. I very much hope to encounter Thomas again as a trainer in a future training.

It was now already the 2nd training with Thomas and he has done it again excellent! The training is very pleasant and relaxed and still a lot is taken / learned. Through various group work, we were able to develop topics and then discuss them. What is clearly better in this workshop than others, no information overload. It made more the impression of "a nice day with colleagues" than a communication training. Through distributed "memory cards" one can look at the individual points at any time and recall what was learned -> Good idea.

The salon training with Thomas came at the right time for me in my professional development. The content taught was very well coordinated. After completing four days spread over several months, coupled with weekly feedback sessions to keep reinforcing what I learned, I can say that the learning effect is second to none. At this point, thank you for the many open conversations (even the "from the sewing box") and the many tips on perception, self-perception and communication in general. Even if not too much has changed in my communication in the short term, the view of conversations and the other person has definitely changed - and that is often enough. Here, the training content was very helpful for me and will remain in my memory for a long time and improve my perception and thus also active communication in the long term.

The content of his trainings is not only conceptually professionally structured; he also addresses the individual situations and problems of the participants at all times.
Sometimes with the necessary sensitivity, sometimes positively challenging.
You can tell that he draws on a lot of experience and is passionate about his job.
I can recommend Thomas Wetzel in all conscience as an excellent and very likeable trainer for management and sales workshops. ... By the way, Thomas' trainings are also a lot of fun :D
