Super software for managing our inventory. We are thrilled with the clarity and ease of use of the software. Timly can solve all our needs and is super easy to use. We had looked at other software solutions, but these were much more complicated and above all they could not offer many functions that are standard with Timly. We are completely thrilled and thank the whole Timly team! The software is perfect for us, we haven't found any drawbacks yet. We have been able to achieve an enormous gain in efficiency with Timly. Top inventory management app

Timly is really easy to use. We especially like the remote audit function, which saves us a lot of time.
Great team, very responsive. Software has all the features we are looking for. The product is constantly being improved and smart features are being developed. You can tell they understand their customers's needs!

Complete overview of all assets - that's how it should be!
Through Timly Inventory Management we can retrieve a complete overview of all assets in the company: - where are the devices? - what needs to be maintained? The employees were able to get started immediately after a short introduction. In the meantime, the inventory software has established itself throughout the company. Everyone really enjoys working with Timly. Another advantage is that all functions are also available on the road (tablet & smartphone). We can no longer imagine working without Timly. Some time ago, there were a few difficulties regarding the loading times. In the meantime, however, the host has been changed and the problem is a thing of the past. Useful tool for managing any inventory. A big praise for this technical masterpiece.

Hilti can pack up

I switched from Hilti OnTrack to Timly. Finally, I can talk to someone from the provider at all. The support is really great, I get immediate feedback. With Timly I do my checkouts within seconds, where before I had to create a shopping cart first and that really took me minutes. And in Timly we have also included our vehicles. The consumables are now finally subwr tracked for us thanks to Timly. The others were either too old-fashioned or too complicated. Timly past the whole package. Described above. Hilti has poor support and checking out inventory is tedious. Also, I can't track my vehicles cleanly like I can in Timly. Timly also offers scheduling and that is mega good.

Timly is the easiest way for us to manage our inventory. What we particularly like about Timly is that we can implement the inventory in a simple and uncomplicated way. Furthermore, it was crucial for us that we can perform remote audits without the employees having to go to the office. In addition, the overview of the user interface is kept very simple and you can find your way around right away.

Timly or nothing at all! What we like best about Timly is that we can involve all employees in the topic of materials. Everyone is responsible for their material and can obtain and document material incredibly easily and uncomplicatedly via Timly. This works great and data can be accessed on site and the exchange of material can be documented. Uncomplicated, mobile and quickly ready for use. Really great. Currently, we are completely satisfied and therefore have no negative comments. The others were either confusing and complicated or simply could not keep up with the performance. We really like Timly's price-performance ratio. We made the right decision and have been with them for about three years. The solution has evolved super and every month there are new additions that make our lives easier. We like it a lot and the best part is that most of it doesn't cost us anything extra. :)

All in one and that too in user friendly. The software replaces our Excel lists, folders and self-made programs. Very convenient for us, as it can be used from any cell phone, pad or PC. We were able to import our Excel lists from Timly. With Timly we were convinced by the modern design, the more flexible use and the support included!

Highly recommended for next-gen inventory management. Timly gives me super high visibility into our inventory - every aspect we track is always clearly accessible (location, status, maintenance schedule, etc). We have now trained the entire team up on it - and the feedback is overwhelmingly positive. Simply put, we now run our day to day inventory workflow through Timly. And the support is top notch! In the beginning, certain parts of the software took a while to load, but those speed issues have largely been fixed. I'm also hoping for new integrations down the line.

Having seen a lot of demos and used many free trails in this space, I would say this software is pretty much perfect for inventory tracking and maintenance management of all our equipment and machines. Highly recommended!

Inventory software for material and IT. In the overview, the software shows us the status daily and allows an allocation of inventory to the locations and employees. This is very simple, via a few clicks. We always enter what material is being used (receipts / issues from the warehouse). The really great thing about the software is that everything is very easy to do, so we can always see the latest status. Our team really enjoys working with the Timly software. The loading times are sometimes a bit longer, but according to the support team this is being optimized as we speak. We are glad that the Timly software exists, because it simplifies our daily work enormously!

User-friendly and comprehensive software and unbeatable service. Booking is insanely fast and straightforward, which has increased acceptance within the company. Ingenious software that makes life easier. Timly creates an overview of all assets and lets you control them dynamically. Our employees in Mannheim use the software almost daily to track inventory levels and consumption. Processes have improved significantly since the software was introduced. So far, everything seems to be working well. There are no problems. Huge added value for acceptable license fees. We really like working with Timly and can definitely recommend this tool.

Comprehensive inventory software for healthcare facility. We use Timly software to track inventory of consumables (masks, gloves, disinfectants, protective equipment...). But also our IT and mobile immunization centers use the Timly software to keep track of assets. Through the software we always get a mobile notification about fill levels and inventory movements. (Winnenden site). So far we have no drawbacks to complain about. Very user-friendly application that absolutely meets our requirements.

Best tool for inventory & warehouse management. The software is very intuitive and can be operated by all employees (in daily use). The feature set is more than impressive - currently all needs for digital inventory management and warehouse management are served by the software. In addition, Timly offers a solid outlook into the future - with increasing demands for features, Timly always already has an answer. This software is recommended for companies of any size. So far, we have not identified any serious problems. In case of minor bugs, the support team is immediately on the spot. I have not seen this with other providers. By implementing Timly, we save a lot of time in managing IT and consumables. The software provides a clear added value due to its clarity and simplicity of use. Kudos also to the support team for the great support so far.

Materials management made simple (medical consumables). We manage all materials of the vaccination center at the Karlsruhe site in Timly. This gives us an up-to-date inventory at the push of a button, as well as historical records of consumption. The Timly software offers extensive functions for our needs. Rarely is there an error, but it is corrected immediately. Positive throughout. The employees really enjoy working with the software.

Useful inventory software with many functions. Through the software, we can efficiently track the inventory in the warehouse and get an info when something needs to be reordered. In addition, we have inventoried the laptops, refrigerators, kitchen utensils, vehicles, etc. Everyone knows at a glance where items are located. The support during the implementation was top notch, it doesn't get any better than that. We really like working with the Timly software, it makes the processes a lot more efficient. What is missing is a summary ("reporting") function. But this is probably still being developed. World class tool for managing inventory. We have not found a better tool than this in Germany.
