Thank you very much for your review and feedback. First of all, I regret that our joint advertising campaign did not have the desired effect. Although there is of course no guarantee of success with advertising and the framework conditions can vary greatly in individual cases, it is of course also our aim that you actively activate or win customers with every advertising campaign. We incorporate feedback from completed campaigns into the design of every new advertising campaign - especially if they have not had the desired success.
