Right from the start, I had the feeling that I was in very good hands with Mr. Grimm. Despite some chaos on my part when I contacted him, he remained very patient and friendly. This made it very easy for me to talk openly about our deceased loved one. We quickly came to an agreement about the choice of music. The really beautifully designed funeral service, especially the open, yet sensitive speech to the bereaved, made it much easier for us to bid a dignified farewell to someone who was not always easy. Thank you very much for that!

Mr. Grimm convinced us after just a few minutes of the preliminary talk with his pleasant, calm, understanding and sympathetic manner & appearance. In the resulting eulogy, the life of our grandmother was portrayed sensitively - embedded in a short journey - and was well received by the mourners.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your help and support in these sad hours.
Mr. Grimm accompanied the farewell at the urn with a Bible verse and then discreetly and respectfully withdrew to give the family the necessary space for personal last words (we received this as appreciative feedback, among other things).
The delivery of the written version of the speech (after the funeral service) rounds off the professional performance with an unreserved recommendation.

We discussed everything for the eulogy in a personal conversation with Mr. Grimm. He "conjured up" a cozy atmosphere and we quickly got talking. Everything went very smoothly and everyone enjoyed the speech at the funeral service. You can also find empathetic words from a short CV. Mr. Grimm did this very well. We thank him very much for this, especially my mother.

Before the funeral service:
Very quick response after I contacted them by email, the personal conversation at my home took place 2 days later.
Thanks to the help I received by email, we were able to clarify almost everything during the conversation.
Any queries I had were immediately followed up with suggestions and examples to answer the questions.
Thanks to Mr. Grimm's calm and professional manner, my tension quickly evaporated.

At the funeral service:
From the order of music, to the speech about my dad, to the short conversation after the scattering, everything was just right.

Conclusion: The mourners are absolutely in the foreground with Mr. Grimm and that is really pleasant when wishes are dealt with directly.
This is exactly what helps during a difficult time.

On the recommendation of our funeral home, we contacted Mr. Grimm. We made an appointment for a preliminary discussion. Mr. Grimm is a very pleasant person and has his heart in the right place. The preliminary talk was very professional and uncomplicated. On the day of the funeral, he met us at the ceremony hall. The eulogy he prepared was very heartfelt and brought everything to the point. Our family was also very taken with him.
At the end we received the speech again in a lovingly designed, written version. This was also very good because thus our family has a wonderful memory. Thank you so much for the work you did!!!
