The course "Un-Rest Stand" is definitely recommendable. I attended Mr. Hartmann's course "Enjoying retirement" at the Adult Education Center in Mainz. My children gave me the course as a Christmas present. I got many new ideas for my retirement and also tips on how to let go of old habits and thoughts of my working world. So now I spend time in my garden and have found a great volunteer project that makes me happy, that gives me structure and a task.
I was looking for suggestions, ideas and answers.
Not only did I find all of this, but I also gained more confidence, increased my network and am now starting this phase of my life full of enthusiasm.
