The course "Un-Rest Stand" is definitely recommendable. In addition to the exchange of ideas with like-minded people, the lecturer provides suggestions or, with his expert help, it is achieved that each participant looks at his own situation and explores possibilities that may help to cope with the retirement phase.
I attended Mr. Hartmann's course "Enjoying retirement" at the Adult Education Center in Mainz. My children gave me the course as a Christmas present. I got many new ideas for my retirement and also tips on how to let go of old habits and thoughts of my working world. So now I spend time in my garden and have found a great volunteer project that makes me happy, that gives me structure and a task.
