In allen Punkten aus meiner Sicht ein 5-Sterne-Workshop! Besonders gut hat mir die achtsame Kommunikation gefallen. Dadurch entstand eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, in der sich alle Teilnehmer*innen wohlgefühlt haben. Individuelle Problemstellungen, die in Sachen "Feedback" oft sehr persönlich sein können, konnten so in großer Runde beschrieben, analysiert und zielgerichtet gelöst werden. Ursulas Fachkompetenz ist in jeder Hinsicht unbestreitbar. Die Vermittlung von unterschiedlichsten Strategien und Inhalten erfolgte über ein Online-Mitmach-Tool, sodass es zu jedem Zeitpunkt interaktiv und nicht frontal war. All in all ein sehr spannender, lehrreicher Tag!

Eine super kurzweilige Schulung! Sie fordert die komplette Aufmerksamkeit und lässt keine Nebentätigkeiten zu. Sie war keine Minute zu lang und hätte auch nicht länger sein können, da man sonst abgeschaltet hätte. Die Schulung war perfekt geplant und durchgeführt. Die jahrelange Erfahrung von Ursula ist absolut spürbar. Sie geht sehr professionell und persönlich auf die Fragen ein.

Distribute agenda with dates in advance, collection of slides should be distributed at the beginning so that notes can be taken directly on the slides. Reduce the number of case studies in the second part; if necessary, play through a specific case together over the entire phases.
