Even though the interview with the customer was very disappointing, because he did not meet my expectations at all (in the interview I unfortunately missed the company's promised values), I was able to get a good and professional impression of Vality one. I am aware that Vality One is not responsible for the behavior of its customers. Nevertheless, I would have liked to be contacted directly after the interview. However, due to the feedback here, it was made up for. NB: I still find the process with the many business cases a bit exaggerated.

We are sorry that the preliminary interview for the specific position did not quite meet your expectations. Fortunately, these are only isolated cases and we are consistently working on ourselves.
Unfortunately, we cannot influence the fact that the communication on top took a little longer in each individual case: We depend on feedback from the customer - without feedback from the customer, of course, we can't give you any. In addition, we are in the middle of the summer vacation period, where processes often take much longer.

If you can tell us exactly which position was involved, we can check the whole thing and, if necessary, derive measures for us to be even faster and more accurate in the future.

What could you do better: the initial contact and the handover to the "final support" I felt a bit bumpy and was not fully transparent.
The process (but this may also have been due to your client (Wacker), has dragged on for quite a long time, I felt a bit tough ( ... even if it just fit well for my personal situation).

At the start of the engagement and as long as the hiring company was interested the service and contact was good, although some appointments were rescheduled last minute. Unfortunately as I was not hired I am still waiting to hear the reasons why not and never got an answer back on my email of 2.5 weeks ago.
