The coaching around the team of Vertranium was a hit for me. At the beginning I didn't know how much and what to expect. When it finally started I was positively surprised how versatile the coaching is. Starting with the right mindset, to activating employees, to passively attracting applicant inquiries.

Currently, through online marketing, I have new applications every day without actively doing anything for it and already have the first partners in the hiring process. The quality of the inquiries are insane. The applicants know that it is a sales job.

Through my positioning and presentation of my own organization on the homepage, already existing quotas have improved significantly. This means that cold calling and making recommendations has become much easier for me and my trainees. And basically more appointments are taking place. Much less cancellations as before.

All in all, I am more than satisfied. The professionalism, support and expertise set Vertranium apart from the market.

I would use it again and again and would like to extend the cooperation and work with you for a longer time.

For me, the coaching with Marcel and Kevin came at exactly the right time. After a few private and professional challenges, I have been looking for a coaching for a long time to get back on track or to be able to really go full throttle again. Especially in the last three years, I have received offers from many online coaches via Instagram, but their expertise and know-how could not convince me to work with them.

The deciding factor for me with Marcel and Kevin was that they have it

a) have proven it themselves,
b) they know the SLS structures,
c) and that several SLS colleagues I know have already become visibly more successful.

Because of this, the strategy meeting with me was quite short; it was clear to me from the outset that I wanted to do this and that it would take me further.

After a few weeks in the online calls, working with the High Performance Board, etc., I was once again confirmed in my decision and have already been able to absorb and implement a huge amount of helpful tips.

Many thanks to Marcel, Maurice and Kevin!!!

The coaching has given me so far extremely much, in many ways.

1) The exchange in the live calls is incredibly valuable and helps to immediately address challenges from everyday life and take corrective action.

2) The process management tool or High Performance Board has ensured that the coordination in the entire team runs better and we work much more efficiently - more yield and result in less time.

3) Through the support of the 3 guys we were able to gain incredible awareness in the region in a very short time and unlock a lot of potential. And at the same time, the homepage is only now coming online promptly - this will establish us even more as the contact in the area of finance locally and in the region.

All in all, the coaching has been very successful so far, which will of course be seen in the results over time. I am looking forward to that!

The coaching of Vertranium simply offers an absolute added value in every respect! The complete structure from process management to 1:1 coaching is highly professional! Through the process management system alone, I was able to solve my challenges in the best possible way and was able to bring even more structure and transparency into the daily sales routine. Sales partners can familiarize themselves independently and I have more time as a manager to take care of other important things.

Especially through the offline system, I was able to increase my sales exponentially and the newly acquired contact persons come much more into the applicant role and one oneself even more out of the petition position.

The expertise on the subject of digitization is insane and the entire team in the back office can be relied on.

Conclusion: the coaching has given me new motivation and a clear vision for my business! Thanks for that and here's to a great future!

I particularly like the fact that an infrastructure is created for training new employees, and at the same time the individual external presence is built up. I like the fact that you can go straight into implementation through offline measures before the online measures are completed.

I am completely satisfied with Vertranium! Admittedly, I was a little reluctant at the beginning, because the processes and approaches were new and unfamiliar to me. However, after a short time it settled down very well and then we were able to record successes directly. Especially the support from the team is mega! The live calls always bring new input that can be put directly into practice.

Two big points:

- Through the Internet and social media presence, which is coordinated by Vertranium, the whole thing gets a much much faster and high-quality component, which makes especially the recruiting relaxed and easy.

- I am of the opinion that you should only book a coach who is either already successful in what you are doing or has made someone successful who is where you want to be.
That is both given here!

The complete coaching of Vertranium has helped me in all areas:

better system usage for my orga and therefore easier to multiply
through the regular livecalls the constant exchange and drive is there

After almost 25 years in sales, you quickly lose sight of positive changes in the market. A hunch was already there, the ideas and theses too, but for the structured implementation I needed an experienced and modern partner. I was skeptical and hesitant at the beginning. The leap of faith then came through real practical evidence that it is a working system and not just pure theories. Who wants to be a test balloon for something that has not been tried and tested and end up alone with the financial damage.

Anyone who works in sales as an expert or FK and has to deal with employees, complex solutions and FDL products will be familiar with this:

MA need personality development, professional competence, skills, rhetoric, a stable personality and resilience.
Teaching these skills is the "supreme discipline" for the responsible FK. The "dropout rate" with conventional techniques is high and costs a fortune.

I have now been allowed to work with Vertranium since mid-October 2022. Exactly EVERYTHING is perfectly prepared, planned, structured and backed up with a clear system. This has made the work steps much easier and more efficient. Here personality development, plannable careers, trainings as well as great tips are absolutely in the foreground. Long-term existing clients even already question the striking positive systems and developments with the words: WOW again a blatant increase....
