In our search for a free real estate appraisal, we landed at Via Finanz. We received a comprehensive and realistic valuation, with a meaningful market value assessment, as well as a personal explanation of the criteria determined.
This surprised us so positively that we finally sold our house through Via Finanz and at the estimated price. The contact was always without complications, honest, very professional, extremely friendly, positive and goal-oriented. Our questions were taken seriously and we were never pressured. Via Finanz offered our property on many real estate portals and thus found a buyer in a short time. We are happy to recommend this company and thank Mr. Krämer and his team for their great work.

Extensive non-binding advice. After the conclusion of the contract very good advice and support until the handover of the keys. Relevant forms are prepared, which makes the sales process much easier.

Our idea of organizing as little as possible ourselves and completing the sale quickly was met in full. Within a very short time we had an initial viewing appointment, the procedure was explained to us and a valuation of the property was prepared based on this.
All this convinced us so much that we concluded the brokerage contract.

I got my apartment in Chemnitz from 400 km away through VIA-Finanz GmbH. The cooperation was almost friendly and honest. No empty promises were made to lure you and then can not be kept.
Then it is better to swallow a toad, but you always know where you stand. And so I keep the VIA VINANZ in the best memory.

I am a naturalized foreigner. My husband is German, but unfortunately he is a nursing case. After extensive research, I chose Mr. Rico Krämer and his company VIA FINANZ to sell our apartment building in Limbach-Oberfrohna.
We are very satisfied with the result and are very grateful to Mr. Krämer and his team because he mastered our difficult case. The commission , which we paid for the service, was absolutely justified.
The statements on the company's website about the company's philosophy and services match my personal experience throughout the entire sales process. Real estate agents often do not have a particularly good reputation. Mr. Rico Krämer and his team from Via-Finanz are definitely not one of them. I felt competently advised from the first contact. My "problems" were clarified objectively and my worries were dispelled with a lot of sensitivity. Mr. Krämer not only achieved a good sales price for me, but also took care of all the necessary formalities for me. If I had another property to sell in Saxony, I would contact him again without hesitation.
