We are managing over 14.000 printers for our 5.000 customers in Belgium and Europe on a daily basis through our Welkomdesk in Sint-Niklaas (B). We take care of the installation, technical services, consumables, you just need to push "PRINT" or "SCAN"
Customer service is very friendly. Nothing to complain about.
1 Technician is super competent namely Mr. Fakir who always gets the most difficult problems solved. This man also takes his time to bring the repair to a good end. Worth a compliment !!!
Concerning the other technicians, we are neutral.
There have been some problems with the printers in the past.
In some cases we also had to wait a long time for a technician to come by.
Very satisfied with customer service. They go out of their way to solve problems, send orders in a timely manner and send technicians to help us out of a jam.
They are also good devices to work with.
