Mr. Schostag is absolutely trustworthy and reliable. As I had not prepared myself sufficiently in advance for the topic of financing, I had a lot of questions. Mr. Schostag was able to answer all my questions from the FF without hesitation. My respect for that! He explained everything in detail and clearly. It was also particularly positive for me that Mr. Schostag did not exert any pressure to conclude a contract. On the contrary, he advises me to sleep on it for a few nights first and offers a new appointment for a further consultation if anything is still unclear.

Mr Steven helped us to get mortgage on our first home in Berlin. He has been extremely helpful and supportive the entire process.

What i admire the most is that he has got the patience for so many of my questions and he was supportive even on the weekends. He also helped me get a low interest rate. I recommend him absolutely. He also speaks English very well which was extremely helpful.

Steven is a very experienced and trustworthy financial advisor. Once I contacted him, he provided me with different mortgage options and explained every option in detail. He always replied to my questions promptly. It was a huge decision to choose the mortgage, therefore I asked for many payment schedules with different payment terms. However, Steven was always patient and sent me different schedules to compare rapidly. Once I had selected the options, Steven took care of everything. As a foreign language speaker, it was not easy for me to understand all the contracts and terms. Steven assisted me a lot in explaining the contracts and also gave me a lot of advice. I am very happy with his service and would highly recommend him to those who need financial advice.
