- Excellent sparring on relevant business topics, which delivered concrete and measurable results.
- Change of perspective on various topics that broadened horizons and led to better results.
- An intensive, very direct and therefore goal-oriented collaboration
- A very pronounced customer orientation and very fast reaction times outside of the expected, which I was able to use for critical situations and thus tackle the situation with a clear picture.

I would recommend Gudrun Happich because of her many years of experience, her sound specialist knowledge and her results-oriented approach. This is always very practice-oriented with comparable examples without reeling off theoretical models. This leads to results very quickly and has helped me progress in a short space of time.

Even after the first coaching session, I was able to take away valuable impulses and food for thought for my self-reflection. Based on specific situations and taking into account my personal environment, I gained a clearer understanding and a more conscious approach to my strengths and weaknesses. Even in my private life, I notice that I fall back less on tried-and-tested reflexes and consciously integrate the new impulses from the training into my everyday life.

I was looking for a suitable coach to help me develop professionally. I looked at the profiles and concepts of around 50 coaches. Ms. Happich stood out from the many run-of-the-mill profiles. My curiosity was aroused.
Her concept of holding intensive discussions of 3-4 hours every 4-6 weeks and dealing intensively with the topics enables new impulses to be found that really suit the coachee. This always results in new perspectives and options for action.
Ms. Happich has a wealth of experience and invests regularly and extensively in her own further training.
In addition, coaching is really fun, even if it can sometimes be a bit of a challenge.
It is not a process for everyone, but if you commit to it, you can achieve sustainable personal and professional growth.

I work as a product manager in a globally operating, stock-listed swiss company. A friend of mine shared with me some podcasts by Gudrun, which got me interested at first. Hey, there is someone who understands this corporate world and might be able to help me. I quickly reached out to her by mail, and to my surprise, she answeres very quickly amd offered to have a call. The chemistry was immediately there (which is most important for both sides). I have to admit that i was rather shocked at first by the prices, since i had no similar experiences. Nevertheless, the 1:1 coaching is worth it. Sye does not only give me advice on work related topics but also general quality-of-life-enhacing insights, which are priceless. She already changes my life, for the better.
