I am mega satisfied with the mediation and advice on the subject of real estate as an investment with my contact Nils Opitz, as well as the entire appointment performance. The questions were answered competently and completely. I felt that I was in good hands at all times. I would particularly like to emphasize the insanely committed process for finding an appointment with the notary. The back office around the colleagues, here Mrs. De Boer is to be particularly emphasized, was very cross-country and fought up to the last minute for a smooth operational sequence. Anyone who wants to venture into the subject should look here for their first point of contact.

For me, the low effort was particularly good.
Real estate and finance are rather annoying for me and I had very little effort of my own during the entire purchase process.
The offer to become a landlord without any later effort is something I probably would have discovered much later without this offer.

We were particularly satisfied with Kris Wachowiak's consulting services, but also with the overall package (consulting, presentation of the property, processing, etc.). Only in the financing advice we lacked a little transparency and more communication from the beginning, but that is complaining at a high level.
