I can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Sécrit, an expert and automotive appraiser. He impressed me with his high level of expertise, reliability, and exceptionally customer-focused approach. My Opel Corsa was so badly dented and scratched on the driver’s side by the other party involved in the accident that the door no longer opens. Mr. Sécrit assessed the damage very thoroughly, precisely, and with great care. It was clear that he knows his craft and has extensive experience. The entire process was professional, transparent, and reliable. I was completely satisfied with the service and would turn to him again at any time.

After my accident, I was completely distraught and didn’t know which way to turn. That’s why I’m all the more grateful that I found this service while searching for an auto appraiser. I got an appointment that very same day—which was a very pleasant surprise.

When I arrived, I was greeted with incredible friendliness and reassurance. They immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. The staff were empathetic toward my anxiety, took the time to understand my situation, and helped me calm down—exactly what you need in such a stressful situation. Thank you for that. 🌷

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Mr. Sécrit, a graduate engineer, who then patiently and very clearly explained what would happen next, what the process entailed, and what options I had. No technical jargon, no rush—simply perfect.

A few days later, the report was ready: structured, well-organized, and summarized in a way that was absolutely easy to understand. Even as a layperson, I could follow everything. And best of all: the report left absolutely no questions unanswered regarding the determination of liability. Thanks to this clear, comprehensive report, we were fully reimbursed for the damage—without any discussions or follow-up questions from the insurance company.

All in all, we’re extremely satisfied—from the scheduling of the appointment to the friendly service and the financial outcome. I can highly recommend this expert.

After an accident involving my brand-new Mercedes Benz E-Class, which was not my fault, ChatGPT recommended Mr. Sécrit, ranked number one among vehicle assessors in Berlin. That was a very good recommendation from the AI. Mr. Sécrit responds quickly, professionally, and in a friendly manner. His assessment is thorough, well-founded, and comprehensive. It was important to me that if the case went to court, everything would make a serious and legally sound impression. That seems to be absolutely the case here. 100% recommendation.
