Since we are now on the home stretch regarding the sale of my apartment, I would like to thank the above-mentioned company, especially Mrs. Leßmann and Mr. Klemm, for their support. The "case" was not quite easy, since parallel renovation work on the building was necessary, which also affected my apartment. In addition, I had to move with a lot of organizational questions...
With all these concerns I always found an open ear and above all active support!

We have chosen Leßmann & Wagner as a broker for the sale of a condominium as an inheritance, ourselves we live near Düsseldorf. Due to the long distance and the pandemic, it was very important for us to have a partner who would take care of everything locally.
And we were not disappointed, Leßmann & Wagner were always responsive, reliable and really took care of everything. Thus, after the commissioning, actually no further travel was necessary, in a sales process that has dragged on altogether, also pandemic conditionally over more than 6 months.
For this we give 5 stars in all points. This commission has earned Leßmann & Wagner honestly, from our point of view an unrestricted recommendation on the Dresden real estate market!

We were able to sell our condominium through Ms. Leßmann at a good price for us. Since we do not live locally, we were dependent on a trustworthy handling of the sale. We were always kept up to date by Ms. Leßmann and all questions were answered competently and promptly. For over 25 years we have been creating for a wide variety of companies from all over the country. Short films. Short film productions are always about " competence, trust and sympathy.
